Worth the money spent
I bought this iron as I was in need of one and I did not want to spend too much money on it. This product is worth the money paid for it. It does do the steam ironing but I feel the heat is bit lessened because of the presence of water before the hot plate. While for dry ironing, this is perfectly OK
Stay away from this one
I bought this iron to replace a leaking iron my girlfriend was using. When she tried to use it for the first time she waited over 30 minutes for the iron to get hot enough to use. It never did and I promptly sent it back for a full refund. Amazon was great refunding my money no questions asked. I am a frequent customer of Amazon and recommend them highly....but not this iron. :)
Great Little Iron - No More Shoulder Pain
I have owned many irons over the years including some very expensive brands. After injuring my shoulder ironing became very painful and I was constantly frustrated with "spitting" from all the irons I had owned.
I bought this iron because it was lightweight and have been very pleased. I think it's the first iron I've had in my life that doesn't dribble and spit all over when you use the steam. It doesn't have some of the fancier features...for instance you have to turn it off - there's no automatic shutoff. And there's a little button to spritz water on a wrinkle but no steam burst. That's fine with me. The ease of use is far more important to me including no more shoulder pain from ironing.
