Elevate by Andis 67235 Professional Tourmaline Nano-Ceramic Clamp Flat Iron, 2"
From Andis Professional

The Andis Elevate 2” Tourmaline Nano-Ceramic Flat Iron has 20 variable heat settings for all hair types. Crushed from precious gemstones, the tourmaline crystals emit negative ions that quickly seal the cuticle layer and eliminate frizz for smoother, silkier hair. Ionic technology dries hair faster by breaking up water molecules. Nano-Ceramic, with it’s smooth finish, minimizes friction and delivers far-infrared heat. It penetrates the hair from the inside out, for deep, long-lasting styles. The fusion of nano-ceramic and tourmaline straightens hair in less time and without typical iron damage. Hair is left softer and shinier. You can straighten, flip, shape, control, and smooth hair with a single product. The maximum temperature of 400 degrees allows you to really lock in the style. Designed and engineered in the United States, Andis also offers a complete line of quality clippers and trimmers for consumers and animal grooming as well as a full line of wall mounted hair dryers for the hotel industry. Andis warrants its products to the original purchaser against defective material or workmanship for one years from the date of purchase. All implied warranties are also limited to one year. The product is perfect While the charge for shipping was excessive product arrived in perfect condition and works very well, I have achieved very good results with its use Decent starter I bought this product a year from now discounted, which was less than $35. I think it's pretty basic for my needs. I have dry straight hair. I usually only use the lowest setting, which is still pretty hot. I haven't tried the highest settings as my hair is pretty easy to straighten. Seems a little slow to heat up, 2-3 minutes or so. But, heats up pretty well. I've used it maybe once a week with no problems. One thing I would advise is to follow the instructions. Like, this is not a wet to dry straightener. Also, it's no Sedu or CHI. But, I straighten my hair once in awhile, so no big deal. If you want to lengthen the life of your hair while straightening, be sure to use some thermal protection! Doesn't get very hot... Usually when using a good flat iron, after running it down my hair, my hair is so hot I can't touch it. Even on max temp, this one doesn't do that, and it doesn't smooth all the frizzies down.
